“Mehr va Oqibat” hayvonlarni himoya qilish jamiyati operatoriga xabar va Instagram’da joylashtirilgan video yuborilgan, unda tulki orqa oyoqlari bilan tuzoqqa tushib qolgan, ozod bo‘lishga urinayotgan paytda, kadr ortidagi odam hayvonga tayoq bilan orqasidan urmoqda.

“Mehr va Oqibat” rasmiy ravishda Ichki ishlar vazirligi va Ekologiya vazirligiga murojaat qilib, o‘zining shaxsiy Instagram akkauntida ushbu videoni joylashtirgan fuqaroni topish, uning mazkur hodisaga aloqadorligini aniqlash, hayvonga nisbatan shafqatsizlik bilan muomala qilgan aybdorlarni topish va qonun doirasida eng qat’iy chora ko‘rishni so‘radi.

2025-yil 30-oktabr kuni biz Toshkent shahar IIB huzuridagi Axborot texnologiyalari sohasida jinoyatlarning oldini olish agentligidan javob oldik. Unda aytilishicha, videoni joylashtirgan fuqaroning shaxsi aniqlangan (F.I.Sh., tug‘ilgan sana va yili, yashash manzili) va mazkur hodisa bo‘yicha holatlarni aniqlash uchun bizning arizamiz Qashqadaryo viloyati ichki ishlar organlariga yuborilgan.

Hurmatli fuqarolar! Sizlarning diqqatlaringizni shunga qaratamizki, O‘zbekiston Respublikasining amaldagi qonunchiligiga ko‘ra hayvonlarga nisbatan shafqatsizlik bilan muomala qilish uchun Ma’muriy javobgarlik to‘g‘risidagi kodeksning 110-moddasi va Jinoyat kodeksining 202¹-moddasi mavjud.
